Plum ‘Mara’

Begins bearing very early, but ripens late— in September. Fruits are fairly large, flat-round; the flesh is yellow, very juicy, with good flavor. The fruits store well for a long time—on average 2–3 months. Winter-hardy. Required pollinator, pollinated by Caucasian plum.
