Early-flowering, with blue-violet, fairly large, oval fruits. Ripens in late August. Self-infertile, but pollinates well with simultaneously flowering domestic plums. Begins to produce in the second or third year after planting. Winter hardiness is average at first, increases with age, disease resistance is good.
