Chokeberry

Chokeberries are shrubs of the rose family. Simple, entire leaves. Flowers white, in a racemose inflorescence. According to morphological classification, the fruits are apples 1-1.5 cm in diameter, black, juicy, contain a lot of vitamins C and P, sugar and coloring matter. Used for jams, canning, wines.
